Terms of service
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms apply to anyone who creates or runs an event site on this platform (the “organiser”). The platform is operated by [Company legal name] (“we”). Guests who open an event site are not bound by these terms; the organiser is responsible for their event.
1. Accounts
- You sign in with a link sent to your email address; keep access to that mailbox secure.
- The person who creates an event is its first administrator and may invite others as hosts or administrators. You are responsible for what your team does.
- You must give accurate details and be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
2. Plans, payments and refunds
- Each event has a package (Invita, Celebra or Forever) and may have add-ons. What each includes and its price are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Some packages are paid as a deposit to start and the balance before the event. Features of a paid plan are available once the deposit is received; the balance must be paid by the date shown on the order, or those features may be switched off.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider (card) or by bank transfer or local methods where offered; we confirm manual payments when they arrive.
- Refunds: [refund policy — e.g. full refund before the site is used by guests; services already delivered by our team are not refundable]. Taxes are added where the law requires.
- If a plan ends or is downgraded, features outside the new plan switch off; your content and guest data are kept.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for real events and for inviting people who expect to hear from you.
- Do not send spam, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, or try to access other events' data or disrupt the service.
- We may remove content or suspend an event that breaks these rules, telling you why when we can.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the texts, images and other content you and your guests add. You give us the permission needed to host, display and process it to run your event site. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload (for example photos and music links).
5. Guest data
Guest names, replies, messages and photos are processed on your behalf: you decide why and how they are collected, and we act as your processor under the data processing terms. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to invite your guests and for answering their requests about their data; we help you do so.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, especially on your event day, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Third-party services the platform uses (for example music, video or file storage providers) may change or stop. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a paid feature from an event during its paid period without offering a fair alternative or refund.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any event is limited to the amount you paid for that event in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending
You can stop using the platform and ask us to delete your event at any time. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 48 hours. After an event, its data is kept for the retention period of the plan and then deleted, unless you extend it (for example with “Memories for a year”). We may end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes go to the courts of [jurisdiction], unless the law where you live gives you other rights. Questions: [contact email].
